WHAT OTHERS SAY
Anjie’s work is incredibly useful. It unashamedly deals in an open, upfront way with the issues affecting our students. What we have loved the most is that her work enables us to begin a dialogue with our students that they have ownership over, and enabled us to create a safe environment where difficult feelings can be aired and challenging topics can be covered. Anjie’s work is also grounded in both national and international research and her extensive work across secondary schools as a teacher and work at Netsafe and for The Light Project.
Jane Hambidge - Deputy Principal - St Pat's College
Anjie brings practical knowledge and many years of expertise around online safety in schools and Kura settings. An important difference is that Anjie deeply understands that each school's online safety needs are unique. Schools will also benefit from her understanding that within a school context, 'online safety' means different things to different groups within a school community - students, teachers, school leaders, and parents and the wider community. Anjie is able to deliver and unpack all nuances of online safety for these groups with an engaging style of delivery.
